Reservations for the Residences must be made in accordance with the procedures set out on the website https://www.silver-resorts.com/ and do not fall within the scope of this Website.
The Residences are made available and managed by third-party entities, for which SILVER RESORTS acts exclusively as an intermediary. You may contact SILVER RESORTS to obtain additional information about the Residences and the services offered there in relation to Your situation or that of Your loved ones.

2.4. Liability of SILVER RESORTS
SILVER RESORTS endeavours to ensure the accuracy and currency of the information and Content accessible on the Website. However, the Website is provided as-is, without any warranty, in particular of availability or accuracy, especially with regard to information relating to well-being, medicine and care that may be accessible on the Website.
SILVER RESORTS assumes liability in the event of a breach of the Terms and Conditions of Use causing You immediate, direct, certain and foreseeable damage. However, SILVER RESORTS shall under no circumstances be held liable, in particular for:
